EAC is a leading human service, not-for-profit agency that administers 70 programs on Long Island and in the five boroughs that help more than 58,000 people each year. The coats collected at Mid Island Collision will go to the agency’s child-related programs, which include services for children who have been physically or sexually abused (Suffolk County Child Advocacy Center at The Pat and Mary Bagnato Place For Kids); mentoring (Chance to Advance) and court-appointed volunteer advocacy for children in foster care (CASA); scholarships for young people who dream of going to college; and education on how to keep children safe through passenger car seat inspections.

To help keep a child warm this winter please drop off a new or used coat or jacket in good condition at Mid Island Collision at 20 Lakeview Ave., in Rockville Centre. Click here for more info.
