EAC’s New York City TASC Programs saved the city and state more than $21 million through alternatives to incarceration last year.
EAC has a 96% graduation rate for adolescents with special learning needs in the Nassau and Suffolk Learning Centers.
EAC’s programs successfully place over 400 people in employment each year.
EAC’s Senior Respite program volunteers provided more than 6,193 hours of respite to 293 families caring for frail elderly family members last year.
EAC volunteers mediated and/or arbitrated over 4,718 disputes last year.

EAC’s anti-shoplifting programs have only a 1% re-arrest rate. Over 3,990 people went through the STOPLIFT program last year.

EAC staff works with more than 850 Long Island foster care children each year.
EAC’s SeniorNet Computer Learning Center volunteers taught 802 older adults to use the computer and keep in touch with family and friends on the internet last year through 10,500 hours of instruction.

EAC’s Citizenship Initiative Project helped 575 non-citizens with immigration problems last year.

EAC’s Suited For Success Program provides over 277 interview outfits each year for people seeking employment.
EAC serves over 92,541 nutritious meals to Nassau County’s senior citizens and persons living with AIDS each year.
EAC helped over 3,430 people heat their homes last year.
EAC’s enforcement programs have generated more than $7.25 million in child support payments since 1989.
EAC has helped over 3,039 children who have been sexually and physically abused since our Suffolk County Child Advocacy Center opened at the end of 1997.
